India being the  second largest producer of cement in the world accounts for more than 7% of the global installed capacity . The cement industry recently has  seen an overall increase in production capacity while outpacing demand growth. The key to thrive in this industry is to  keep the plants up and running without incurring significant maintenance costs.

Assets Performance Management is a software which collects, monitor, and analyse data of any plant, machinery, or equipment and judge its performance. Through this software real-time data is collected about the performance of the machine. Through data, the user can come to know whether machinery is in operation at Its required capacity, high or low.

To operate machinery temperature, humidity, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc required. Through this software, a user can come to know where all are available at the unit. Mainly it works based on historical data. Analysing the ideal conditions to operate the machine. When any abnormality is found it triggers an alert.

So, before failure or break down it provides notification of machine breakdown. It shows conditions of the machinery i.e., depreciation, the life of the machinery, required to buy new machinery, and maintenance schedule. To avoid any sort of breakdown or failure and view the performance of machinery APM is used.
